Dark Sauce Halibut Over Healthy Greens

Just did my work out and was feeling a little weak. Would it be great if you could have a tasty small chunk of protein and vitamins? Knock off the carbs and go with quality and taste.

Basic Ingredients: Fish, Salad

Get a tall piece of Halibut
• Season with sherry and lea and paris sauce
• Sprinkle the fish with pepper, salt, tarragon herbs and a dash of chili powder all over the fish
• Put a small slice of butter on top of the fish and broil for 10 mins.

Put the fish on top of the bed of salad
• Mixed herb salad, almonds, cranberries
• Red wine vinaigrette, pepper, a dash of salt
• Add feta cheese if you want... this will enhance the taste
This is a killer meal. Simple and full of flavor. You need a tall piece of meat, like 2 inches because when you broil it for 10 mins, the inside will be soft and flaky. Decadence to the max!
