Potato Tuna Gratin

Oooh... am I hungry! This weekend I wanted to make something nutritious, all in one dish. I do not want this to be fattening at all. If anyone out there love potatoes, you are going to love this grubby.
ok... Here goes:

Basic Ingredients: Potatoes, Tuna, Mixed Vegetables, Cheese

Potatoes

- Slice 2 medium russet potatoes thinly, without the skin
- Put in the bowl with water that just till it covers the top of the potato, add a little salt, microwave for 5 minutes
- After it has been cooked, season with powdered garlic, pepper and salt

Your Protein+Vitamins

- Spread 2 small cans of olive oil based tuna, into the 2" height baking tray
- Season it with lemon juice, pepper, salt, French herb mixed, a dash of soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic
- Put another layer of mixed frozen buttered vegetables (Trader Joes)
- Add a thin layer the sharp cheddar, not too much
Now,
- Cover the potato slices all over the protein and vitamins, top it with another layer of sharp cheddar
- Add half cup of heavy whipped cream

- Bake it for 2 hours at 350 degrees, till the cream has evaporated.
- Then turn it to 400 degrees for 10 mins to brown the cheese
When you scoop the Gratin on your plate, the first mouthful of seasoned tuna and soft yellow potatoes just melts in your mouth, filled with French herbs, garlic and cheese... Killer!
