Terence's Salmon Receipes
Grilled Salmon with Garlic Lemon Herb Butter
Let's start with Salmon sauce - chopped garlic, add butter, melt & let garlic sizzle a while, take off heat & add lemon juice, add whit wine if you like, grind in black pepper, add chopped herbs you like (pic shows parsley. you an use tarragon, dill, etc.), stir and cool in fridge for a while until sauce has paste texture. Spread on Salmon fillets & grill.Teppan Salmon
Green sauce (lots of parsley, garlic, white wine, butter, sea salt), the fillet on right a red sauce (crushed berries, red wine, pepper, paprika)
